I recently moved to Vancouver from out of state and am currently in the middle of switching insurance plans. Unfortunately, my braces have taken the brunt of it all. My power chain was coming off, my wire was poking me, and I was feeling frustrated trying to figure out where to go for help while I was still in the middle of treatment with another orthodontist. Columbia Orthodontics was able to get me in the very same day. They performed a thorough exam with X-rays, provided the consultation I needed, and immediately made me feel at ease. Aundrea was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me multiple treatment options, and helped me with far more than I expected. Dr. Priyanka was equally wonderful, she was warm, reassuring, and created a treatment plan that I felt completely comfortable with. I am so grateful for the care and kindness I received from everyone at Columbia Orthodontics. They turned what had been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I look forward to continuing my orthodontic care here. Thank you all so much!

Super friendly, informative and a great experience for my 8 year old. We don't need a spacer a this time, but I feel more confident with our next steps as they come. Plus we got some cool pictures of his mouth that are very helpful! I would definitely recommend for your orthodontist needs.

We are just getting started with Columbia Orthodonitics but if first impressions mean anything, which I believe they do - I have to say that I was very impressed by the level of care, concern for my daughter's emotional experience dealing with the scary topic of braces and their detail of what my wife and I can expect with terms of cost and timeframe. I thought the doctor was very personable and down-to-earth. His assistant was professional and also very sincere and supportive. I don't have a bad thing to say about the experience so far. My wife and I are thrilled we took the time to get a second opinion and chose this location. We will definitely be going to Columbia Orthodontics for my daughter's braces.

I love Dr. Croft and his team. I was in braces for close to six years and he never gave up on my stubborn teeth, even when I wanted to. I have a beautiful smile now, and enjoyed my experience so much that when it came time for my daughter to have orthodontic treatment, I brought her here immediately. I trust no one more with braces than I do Dr. Croft. My only regret is that there will come a day when he has to retire, and younger generations won’t get the opportunity to have the experience myself and my daughter have had. I highly recommend this practice for all orthodontia needs. It should also be noted that though he accepts a wide variety of insurances, he also offers reasonable in-house financing for those without coverage.

We had such a wonderful experience at Columbia Orthodontics. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. This visit was for my child, and the doctor was gentle, attentive, and truly compassionate. He immediately recognized an important issue and took the time to explain everything clearly. The problem was taken care of the same day, and my child felt calm and comfortable throughout the visit. We felt truly cared for and supported. I am very grateful to this amazing team and would highly recommend Columbia Orthodontics to any parent.
